AI Features Notice

At a glance
- AI features run only when you click to use them, including the free AI survey generator on our website.
- Our AI provider is Anthropic. Under its commercial terms, data we send through its API is not used to train its models.
- We keep AI inputs and outputs for 90 days to support and improve the feature, then delete them.
- AI output can be wrong. Review it before publishing or acting on it.

What each feature sends

| Summarise results | Aggregate results, plus up to 10 short open-text answers per question (each cut to 200 characters) |
| Group open-text themes | Up to 200 open-text answers per question (each cut to 600 characters) |
No names, email addresses or participant identifiers are sent with response text. If respondents typed personal details into a free-text answer, that text may be included, so avoid inviting personal data in open questions you plan to analyse with AI.
Your control
AI features are optional and never run in the background on your data. AI usage counts towards your plan’s monthly allowance. Enterprise customers can ask us to disable AI features for their whole workspace.
