Accessibility Statement
Effective October 18, 2026
At a glance
- We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA on our website, app and the surveys respondents answer.
- Accessibility checks run automatically on every change at five screen widths.
- Having trouble? Email support@surveyhood.com and we will help you complete what you need.
This summary is for convenience. The full text below is what applies.
1. Our commitment
People answer surveys on every kind of device and with every kind of ability. We design SurveyHood to work with keyboards, screen readers, zoom and high-contrast settings, and aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
2. How we test
- Automated axe accessibility checks against WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 A and AA rules on our public pages, at phone, tablet and desktop widths, on every change.
- Lighthouse accessibility audits in our build pipeline.
- Charts in results include text or table equivalents for screen readers.
3. Known limitations
- The white text on our magenta buttons has a contrast ratio of about 4.25:1. That meets the requirement for large text, but is slightly below the 4.5:1 required for normal-size text. We are working on it.
- Customers control the wording, images and colours of their own surveys, and are responsible for alt text on uploaded images and for clear question wording.
4. Feedback and help
If you have trouble using any part of SurveyHood, or answering a survey hosted on it, email support@surveyhood.com. Tell us the page and what went wrong, and we will help you complete the task and work on a fix.
